Diamond Series Long-Life Tip Heater Cartridge for use with the TD-100 & TD-100A Soldering Irons only (IntelliHeat-compatible).

PACE Diamond tips combine submicron sized particles of natural diamond with iron that results in a composite, protective layer of iron/diamond plating. The diamond enriched matrix is harder than pure iron and will not wear down as quickly as the tip plating is abraded, offering extended life. In addition, all Diamond Series tips feature an increased thermal mass to deliver heat more effectively.
