Although, my rating is only average, the wipes themselves are very good. The lower rating comes down to the shipping. 1) At over 4 weeks of actual delivery time as compared to the 3 weeks promised delivery time is still far too long even during a pandemic. 2) The box it was delivered in was severely damaged with at least one of the refills punctured because the rest of the refills and the remainder of the box were all wet with the solution from the punctured bag. I'm currently using that damaged bag but the wipes are significantly less moist than they should be. When I pay you almost $500 for this order of wipes refills I expect the shipment to be done with greater care than what was received.
Update: Added another 2 stars for an excellent rating based on my follow up order. The wipes are still very good and the shipping, this time, is much improved both for the timeliness and the strong packaging material including double boxing it. The wipes arrived undamaged this time
