International Shipping
International Sales
  The customer is responsible for all Duties, Taxes and/or VAT (Value Added Tax) imposed by their respective countries when shipping internationally. These taxes are not included in the total invoice from Accessotronik.com. We only charge for shipping from United States to your respective country.

We do not include or duties or issue refunds on international duties and taxes. We do allow customers to use their shipping account with private carriers to bill all shipping charges from Accessotronik.com. Simply fill that information in the order comments at checkout.

If the customer refuses delivery of a International package, they are subject to: 20% restocking fee, Customer pays for all shipping charges, Customer pays customs, duties and fees associated with the shipment (including the $10 refused delivery fee charged from UPS)
Do you ship to my country?
  Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
What are my payment choices?
  During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
What are my shipping charges?
  International order Shipping Costs are calculated after the checkout process. You will receive the message "Rates Unavailable. We will contact you."  We will then contact you and ask for your approbation on shipping cost prior to charge your credit card.
