SCS 5413 Silicone Adhesive Tapes 2.7 mil

The SCS™ Polyimide Film Tape 5413 consist of a polyimide film and silicone adhesive. It is designed for high temperature applications. Temperature use range is -100° to 500°F (-73°C to 260°C)

Suggested Applications
Mask for protection of gold fingers of printed circuit boards during wave solder or solder dip process
Release surface in fabrication of parts cured at elevated temperatures
