The HV-FL4 is a police tactical LED flashlight that is strong and powerful. It has a 220-lumen output delivered from its CREE LED, which is further supported by its multi-faceted reflector. It is a robust flashlight constructed of die-cast aluminum and is both waterproof and 1m submersible. The unit can be held in a tactical position, enabling it to be turned on by the HIVIS switch with the use of the thumb. To support this tactical use, the unit is highly portable due to its lightweight 214g (.47lbs) construction and can sit perfectly in the palm of the operator's hand. When not in use, it can be placed into the nylon pouch (included) giving unit a convenient storage solution and making it easy to use.
