Micro Care�s ExPoxy Remover is a powerful surface cleaner designed for precision cold cleaning. Initially developed to dissolve and remove uncured chip bonder glues, experience has shown it to be the most powerful and versatile in its class. It has emerged as the best choice for cleaning solder paste in automatic stencil printers and cleaning misprinted boards.
Based on a unique formulation of aliphatic hydrocarbons, ExPoxy Remover works well on leaded- and lead-free fluxes and pastes, water-soluble pastes and even �no-clean� products. Plastic-safe, residue-free and non-corrosive, ExPoxy Remover is safe on PCBs, stencils, components, connectors and tools.
Many companies use ExPoxy Remover in the presaturated wipe for manually cleaning stencils and misprints during SMT production. Other customers specify the bulk packaging for the solvent systems in stencil printers. Because the cleaner is stronger and less flammable than alcohol, it is a superior choice for wetting the stencil rolls because less solvent is needed to perform the cleaning chore, saving time and money. This formulation has been tested and accepted by DEK, EKRA, MPM, and Panasonic for use in their stencil printers.
