Compatible with many assembly lines, both through-hole and SMD lines ; Zero flexing of card guides with two reinforced steel supports and molded ribbing ; Four steel corner posts for increased rigidity ; ABS material tolerates 85° C and has surface resistivity of 10 ohms/cm for ESD protection ; Top and bottom side board assembly can be handled with the reversible NTC-092B which can be used in either the right-side up or upside down positions ; First slot starts at 35mm from base; slots measure 3mm deep by 7mm high ; Load from either end. A removable end stop comes with each rack and a spring loaded stop is optional (Part Number NTC-S1) ; Cut out carrying handles in the top panel ; Custom widths are available with sheet metal top and bottom.  Min. PCB measure: 74w.  Max PCB measure: 318w x 4501.  Capacity: 50.
