Cuts nibs up to 5mm in length; max. board thickness of 2.35mm ; Knives are easy to replace less than five minutes ; Cut round boards with a min. radius of 3.5mm ; Pneumatically operated with foot switch control ; Hardened tool steel knives will last for thousands of cuts, depending on usage ; Scrap collected in an enclosed container ; Measures 4in x 4in x 71/2in.  Machine with knife (specify knife thickness in mm when ordering; allow .125mm of clearance between the knife and routed slot.
