This Cat5e FTP outdoor UV direct burial Ethernetcable consists of RJ45 male with IP68 rated shroud on one end and and has notermination on the other. The un-terminated end is typically used forpunching down onto a jack or panel and the IP68 shroud is intended to mate withour IP68 rated couplers for a weather tight seal. It is typically usedoutdoors either above or below ground as premise wiring to connect networkdevices.
