USAGE

As electronic components become progressively more sensitive to their assembly environments, manufacturers are examining all aspects of production, particularly the hazards of electrostatic discharge (ESD).  Reeco ESD garments are manufactured from static dissipative material for use in ESD protected areas.  They are lightweight, comfortable and are machine washable.  ESD garments should be used in conjunction with a wrist strap and static dissipative footwear for additional grounding. Reeco recommends the use of static dissipative trousers with all ESD garments.

RISK REDUCTION

Do not use in flammable atmospheres enriched with oxygen, without the prior approval of the person responsible for security.  It does not provide protection against electric shock.

STORAGE

Antistatic protective clothes need to be storage in dry and airy room.  In conditions which protects against dipping, mechanical damage and contamination.  We recommend to storage antistatic on shelfs or perforated shelves away from hot and light sources.  Maximum usage time: 2 years.

WASHING INSTRUCTION

• Washing method:           Hand washing or washing machine
• Washing temperature:    60-80°F, delicate fabric
• Drying:                            tumble dry, low temperature
• Ironing:                           medium temperature: 230-300°F
• Recommendations:        do not bleach, do not dry clean

On the effectiveness of antistatic protective clothing may affect the wear, damage, laundry and possible contamination. We recommend washing clothes in controlled conditions.
