The product was exactly what we needed. The experience on the other hand was not. There is nothing telling you the processing time for your order. You receive an email confirming your order but that is it. We did not receive a shipping notification until AFTER the product had already been delivered, it took nearly 3 weeks to get the order. Updating to the system and processes would be beneficial as it's incredibly frustrating as a business not knowing what is happening with your order.
