The low solids content of FX16 promotes precise, clog-free spraying for miniature component assembly.
FX16’s flux residues are minimal, with high SIR values for high reliability applications. FX16 is compatible with AIM’s line of no clean soldering products, including solder paste, cored solder wire, and rework chemistries.
