MicroCare MCC-EPXW ExPoxy™ Remover is an innovative stencil cleaner and degreaser. This very strong cleaner removes all types of uncured and partially cured chip bonders, plus grease, solder paste, light oils and even some inks. We call it the "ExPoxy" remover because if you put it on to an uncured epoxy, that glue is gone!

This cleaner easily dissolves both organic and inorganic (ionic) deposits, and some acrylic conformal coatings. It can be used safely on all types of circuits and mechanical parts -- even working as a light degreaser. When purchased in pails (not the wipe package) It is safe to use in the wetting system inside stencil printers from DEK, MPM, EKRA and others. Engineers and operators select the ExPoxy™ Remover because it is convenient, powerful, easy to use and environmentally benign.

Importantly, the presaturated ExPoxy Wipes come with MicroCare's unique "slam-shut" packaging. Most companies make their presat wipes using loosely-fitting packaging that allows the solvent to dry out over time. But MicroCare's presat wipes are hermetically sealed and have the industry's longest shelf-life. And, once you have opened the package and removed a wipe, the spring-loaded dispenser slams shut, trapping the next wipe and the solvent inside the tub. This minimizes evaporation and keeps the wipe wet for months, making MicroCare presat wipes the best value on the market today.
