The R-1 is a handcrank unit that cuts taped radial components to an adjustable length.  The tapered blade design produces clean cut without stress to the component body.  This high spead processor cuts 12 components per revolution.  Dual cutting edges provide for twice the blade life.  Easily adjustable cut lengths in less than one minute.
