T470 Nitrogen Heavy Duty Handle allows you to create an inert atmosphere, removing the oxygen, and hence minimizing oxidization during solder joint formation.
The result is a higher soldering quality with improved wetting and slightly better productivity. It also allows using milder fluxes.
It is supplied with three different Nozzles, which transport the nitrogen to the tip and are suitable for the complete C470 Cartridge Range.
This handle requires:
• DNS Stand
• MNE Nitrogen Flow Regulator and its corresponding HDEU Heavy Duty Control Unit.
• GN Nitrogen Generator Module if nitrogen supply is not available at customers workbench.
