TECH PAC Blackout UTILITY PANEL

The V-SWAP Utility Panel is a swappable tool and equipment storage organization component designed exclusively for the TECH PAC BLACKOUT and TECH PAC BLACKOUT BUILD-OUT. Informed by direct user feedback, the Utility Panel pocket layout combines some the most preferred features from previous panel configurations. With a single dedicated elastic meter pocket, more hand tool and driver pockets have been added at bottom of panel. This reconfiguration frees up space at top for smaller tools, drivers, instruments, and bits that can all be more difficult to store and find. A larger pocket for a note pad or reference guide is also included behind the bit pockets for easy access.
